ORCNI established in 2004, brings together the collective talents of research and consultancy experts, from across the academic, public and private sectors. Our staff and extended group of quality associates have experience of working at the highest level, both nationally and internationally.

At ORCNI's core is a wide network of individuals and institutions who work collaboratively with clients in a variety of ways and with a variety of portfolios, enabling ORCNI to source teams of high calibre individuals bespoke to the exacting needs of the client. As a team we constantly quality assure our processes and impact.

The focus of our work is the people who make up 'an organisation' – the systems and culture created by their activity and behaviour. We thrive in enabling individuals to enhance their impact on organisational performance, helping them enact leadership to positively influence change and improvement.

Through research and subsequent application we have developed, with colleagues from across our network, a wide and unique set of validated diagnostic tools which provide a framework to our approach. Our experience reveals we are specialists in diagnosing the organisational condition, capable of conducting a wide variety of evidenced based approaches both at team and individual level to bring about the required changes and bridge the development gaps we have observed.
