NWIEP, the North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership supports public sector organisations in the region by funding, co-ordinating programmes to transform their efficiency and improvement strategies.
Imminent closure of the organisation required a series of individually tailored programmes to staff to support their thinking, develop viable alternatives and identify and move towards viable employment objectives which would be suitable and fulfilling. Staff members included the Assistant Chief Executive.
Orcni developed a series of programmes suitable for staff members and delivered these close to their home office in a series of individual meetings supported by surgeries to give advice, resolve queries related to job search, interviews and recruitment processes and dealing with assessment procedures satisfactorily. This is being successfully delivered in the run up to closure in June 2011.
