- Coaching and supporting new executive team during change
- Develop team to embed new roles and responsibilities
- Focus clinical directors in line with business need
Outcomes: As a result of this work, the Trust achieved recognition at the highest level, in turn providing new capital investment. It delivered the best waiting time performance in the NHS meeting targets two years ahead of schedule. Orcni still coaches its senior clinicians (see clinical leadership).
