Our methodology we define as 'coaching in context', where appropriate attention is paid to the whole system – individuals, relationships between individuals and their working groups and how groups and the people within them relate to the whole complex system.

Quality is uppermost so that successful outcomes can be defined and measured if necessary. We achieve quality outcomes by the use of a small group of well qualified individuals with wide ranging experience in management, psychology, learning theory and branches of human development gained from therapeutic or psychological backgrounds.
