Orcni specialises in bespoke leadership programmes for clinicians at all stages of their career from undergraduate level to the Board. Our approach starts with 'the end in mind', focusing our participants away from simply collecting theoretical competencies, to actually achieving enhanced organisational performance through practical enactment of behaviour and soliciting meaningful feedback from the workplace.

We adopt a range of approaches to suit the needs of the organisation. Coaching, Action Learning sets, Mentoring, Formative Evaluation, Self Inventories, Workshops and Master classes all can form part of our delivery. Our teaching faculty builds on the specific skills of network members and benefits further with our strategic relationships with the Institute of Clinical leadership at the University of Warwick.

Our network is fully conversant with a range of competency frameworks across the NHS including the LQF, MLQF and CLQF, with validated 360 tools available for all. We are also able to adapt our approach to internal organisational leadership frameworks.

As a network we strongly advocate establishing learning opportunities across professions and between different sectors of care, in order to maximise the opportunities for sharing experiences from a diversity of perspectives. We are happy to work on footprints of differing size - from team specific interventions, to working across large geographical networks of healthcare professionals.
