Orcni approach to career management is to enable middle and senior managers to think creatively and evaluate their strengths and existing skills, then analyse what skills may be needed for the future and how these can be obtained to form realistic career ambitions.

We work both with individuals and small groups of up to 8 people to combine the synergy of the group in aiding people to generate ideas and gain insights then support this with individual confidential coaching and counselling sessions to facilitate each person to build on the plan they have formed to achieve their own personal objective.

Orcni Ltd. Has worked particularly with Public Sector clients from Health, Local Government and allied bodies where seniors need to decide on remaining within a changing organisation or developing a new career option.

We facilitate and help in the ‘operational aspects ‘of job search as well as being skilled in coaching and counselling individuals to achieve their personal needs. We can provide a wide range of exercises, skills development sessions to help achieve both aspects.
